Hands are undoubtedly one of the parts that are most used. In fact, every single activity would entail the extensive use of the hands. This type extends all the way up to mid arm.

The people in the medical use gloves as a staple part of their medical garb. They are often disposable for sanitary reasons. This way, you can be assured of a more sterile environment which is essential in such situations.

They are also very important in the world of sports. In baseball, a special variety called catchers mitt is used to catch the ball. Boxers also use them in all of their matches. The special padding inside each glove may give the impression of an oversized mitten, but it provides extra precaution to cushion every blow. These are also used to reduces the chances of getting splinters and blisters from too much friction. This is why those who work for masonry use them. It is also standard equipment for those who work for a construction project.
