Be bolder and try and an easier option such as a cruise where the itinerary is done for you so that you do not have to plan your days. There certainly is not a rule that says you should only do things that are planned.

Time away is much needed for each and every one of us. Whether your reason is a bucket list, in need of a mental boost or even for the sake of your physical well-being, do it.
