Have you ever wondered why you feel pain and sorrow deep within? There is always a reason even though each one is from a different cause. This is my story on how I found my pain and released it. How the release has healed my life and relationships. I have always felt like I was being persecuted and have never been able to trust anyone. When you come from a dysfunctional family and can't even trust your own mother or father how can you trust anyone else? Well, we have the answer at the inner reflections IL Oregon city.
Before your evening plans, or before you go to bed, sit up straight in a chair, or lie down for 15 minutes. Take in a few deep breaths and clear your mind. Imagine a light gently entering your crown and softening the tension in your head.
If you do not believe that what you have to say is important or valuable, you will meet individuals who will leave you feeling that you have no voice. These frustrating unconscious stories will show up in your body as diseases because your inner unconscious self wants you to find the truth, your truth. It needs you to know that you are important. It needs you to release the early childhood imprinting so that you can ascend into your divinity.
What sorts of brain activity would then be? Would a creative way of thinking blossom? What do you say to these questions? Of course, if one has not had a direct experience as such, what answer one comes up with would be mere ideas and theories-meaning more thoughts. But still, do these questions even interest one? Or is one so caught and addicted to thinking that cannot even consider these?
Subjects that were once distant and rarely discussed are now part of common conversation. Not all young adults are able to handle this negative information as well as others. Regretfully, many are filled with despair and confusion. There is a growing sense of skepticism is spreading among the members of the next generation.
The answer lies in exploring 'a desired perception' of what it would be like to wake up in the morning, and know that 'you have a choice' in how you create your day. A perception of unity and wholeness, within yourself, allows the wisdom of your heart to direct your mind, rather than being at the effect of fragmented fear-based thoughts that aggravate your nervous system.
I would point out one caution to those who want to explore their inner spirituality. Once a person has reflected on important life issues, he or she must then do something with what has been learned. When we ignore the truth that we know deep inside, we begin to suffer inwardly. When we finally come to a place where we know what we should do, then we must take action.
Until one day, a big hungry tiger makes an attack on the goats. Again, the goats run away, but the young tiger being a tiger at heart stays put. It doesn't run away. When the big tiger sees this, it is mortified. "What!!! You are living with goats!!!!" It thunders. "Maaaaa", replies the young tiger like a goat. At this point, the big tiger grabs the young one by the neck and takes it to a pond, a pond that was stand still. "Look into the pond, " commands the big tiger. When the young tiger looks into the still pond, what does it see?
